Sorry, I posted a bunch of new pictures a few days ago and forgot to tell people here that I had done so.

I like Blue October. Did you buy the hardware locally or online, and what was the total cost of parts?
WAKEUP!
I'm awake, i've just been busy escaping fires and climbing mountains and proving the existence of God and such things
fires: the privation of coldness.....or wetness...
Rreviewing you episode of washing the ceiling ---well I discovered that mine is filthy and it is textured!! So how does one clean it? I know why cleaning is at the bottom of my list--it generally engenders more than planned. The walls are soiled, obviously from the manner in which I run the gas log in the fireplace, but much dirtier than I thought. I am hoping I don't take off paint and have to also repaint it, In the meantime i wash ed the crow molding and now actually see the grain of the wood. Spraying the ceiling sounds great, but it would not do here.
